So, for the first time in a long while I browsed around the internet for latex/female masking eye-candy... and it just got me thinking again about why I love latex.

Well, that's a very good question, but one, I don't think most of us are prepared to answer.
I think fetishes are to a degree inate: or at least steming form a time in childhood we won't remember. I've been stangely attracted to masks and anything middle aged that is tight around any part of the body since I was quite yougn: longer than I remember.
Once can, in retrospect, list things about masks or rubber you find asthetically pleasing: mystery, smelll, the ability for a male to look like a young woman. But none of these really explain WHY.
I guess I'm speaking for myself, but I do know many fetishists that can tell you similar tales. Most of use don't actually make a concious decision; "I'm going to get into rubber now."
It's a little like one's sexual orientation: you can list all sorts of reasons why one gender over the other might be preferable. But that's not WHY.
